The flourish identity… it’s coming together

I've been posting sneak previews of our logo on twitter but I thought I'd give you a bit of an insight into where we're headed with the flourish identity.

The logo is really taking shape. We love the feminine, creative and spontaneous feel of the typeface (which fits well with our Spring personality), just a few tweaks with the colours and I think we'll be there.

The lower case f definitely works better: more feminine, relaxed and approachable. And with some colours added…

The pink isn't right. I've used pink because, well, I love pink! But it doesn't say the right things about the business. The green could be on the right track but the colours certainly need tweaking.

And here are Chloe's initial business card designs. I love where she's headed with them but I'd like to draw out more of a "flourishing" theme so I'm going to get busy with my pen and start illustrating!

where’s the orange gone?? I could have sworn you’d previously reminded yourself that you had to put aside personal preferences… ;)

There’s a really good case for orange….creativity, passion, fun!(Don’t rule out any pink entirely tho’)

is that brown paper on the business cards? not sure it says flourish to me, looking forward to seeing your illustrations. I love the pink but as stephen says what about orange? the green is great but maybe needs a tweak. All very exciting Fi, can’t wait to see what you do with mine too :)
