Caroline has a passion for design, typography in particular. She is responsible for some of our most beautiful brand identities and has an exceptional ability to take a creative concept and execute a truly breathtaking brand identity through to every last detail.
Caroline is patient and highly organised, which is fortunate since her role means ensuring all of our work leaves the studio on time, on budget and on brief.
In her spare time Caroline loves planning her forthcoming wedding, chilling with her cat Archie and stealing vegetables from her dad’s allotment in Devon.

Ian loves nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring you enjoy the experience as much as we do.
Ian is also an exceptional illustrator and has an incredibly creative mind. It’s often his concepts that sit behind many of our logo designs and you’ll see his watercolours on our blog.
In his spare time Ian loves to paint, illustrate and work out at the gym.

Chloe is an exceptional graphic designer and is responsible for many of the beautiful websites and brand identities you can see in our portfolio. She has an innate eye for colour, patience unrivalled by any other graphic designer (she will never get cross with you if you tell her you don’t like something) and a talent for creating stylish and aspirational work.
In her spare time, fashionista Chloe loves to shop, socialise and hang out in her home town of Nottingham.

James creates beautifully structured, typographic led work that brings poise, elegance and balance to your brand. His style is strong, iconic and contemporary.
In his spare time James loves to play football, snowboard and practice his photography.

Suzanne is our accountant and looks after all the numbers. She’s the one that you’ll need to speak to about paying us or being paid.
In her spare time Suzanne can frequently be found on the sidelines of various sports pitches with her tirelessly sporty sons.

Bronwyn is known as the Brand Whisperer and runs an exclusive range of sessions with Flourish clients who are looking to gain clarity and direction around their brand strategy and communications.
Her background with agencies such as Ogilvy mean that she has an incredible ability to ask the right questions, see beyond what you see and turn all of her research into one, succinct direction.
She's also a mean conceptual copywriter and naming maestro!

Matt is a multi-award-winning social photographer who, as you might imagine, takes stunning corporate portraits as well as creative photography. We often work with Matt on bespoke photography for a website and he is fabulous!
In his spare time Matt loves to cook and can often be found clutching a bag of homemade biscuits for his latest client.
